Para alguien nuevo a las constelaciones familiares que quiere verlo por primera vez, os recomiendo la forma grupal. Join me for this special themed workshop on the subject of My Future, Rituals & Constellations for Manifestation. We have just begun a new season, the Spring, represented by the East on the medicine wheel. The East is where we set our new intention(s) and plant seeds to begin anything new, and it also represents the future. Together with constellations and group rituals we will each take a step toward the future that awaits us and connect to the intention(s) of what we hope and aim for.
8-Week Nervous System Cycle
*Brussels: Tuesdays, April 23-June 25
*Online: Mondays, April 29-June 24
If you've completed the 8-week course, there will be a 3-part review and integration cycle offered from April 2-16, followed by the next 8-week cycle for new comers.
In this new cycle of the 8-week program, there will be a combination of theory and practices shared. We will do bodywork and other somatic practices each week that you can carry over and use in your daily life. In addition, you will gain somatic awareness by learning to recognize your nervous system state(s) and you will learn tools for regulating emotions, among other things.
